HVAC Service Technician Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business serving the Twin Cities metro and suburban areas. We pride ourselves on our timely service, dedication, and expertise in the heating, venting, and air conditioning field (HVAC). We are currently looking for an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team! Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Pay: $30.00/hr-$45.00/hr - Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical Insurance - Employer Paid 70% of Base plan Dental Insurance - Employee Vision Insurance - Employee IRA Simple Retirement-Employer matched at up to 4% Vacation -Up to 4 weeks a year Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, some weekends and evenings Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license. EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment. Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes. Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder. Low Voltage License Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance. Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Experience in training and mentoring service technicians. Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner. Qualifications Desired: HVAC Tech School certificate EPA Certified experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
