Inside Sales Specialist Location: Houston, TX Primary Duties and Accountabilities: Provide general support to the SMB Channel Managers for including but not limited to: Coordinate customer issue resolution with the customer care, the customer directly and any other functional group Trouble shooting and reporting system issues Investigate Negative Margin deals for Commercial Facilitate Transfer Requests Attend Partner Office Hours Review Partner Status report and escalate as necessary. Call monitoring and sales script preparation as well as coaching of sales vendors and agents Deliver high quality enrollments and best in class customer experience. Develop, track and evaluate quality and compliance measures implementing and improving upon best practices to ensure vendor partners align with our values, ethics and compliance culture. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience. 2 yrs. degree preferred. Have demonstrated a strong proficiency in navigating CRM type systems. Customer Focused Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be computer proficient: Microsoft office experience required (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Able to be a team player, consistent with Client Energy values. All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English. Preferred: CRM system experience. Knowledge of and experience in Energy Markets.
