Our product expertise covers a diverse set of research areas including Immunology, Neuroscience, Cancer, Stem cells, and Cell Biology.BioLegend is looking for an energetic Packaging Technician II (PM Shift) to work in our dynamic, fast paced warehouse environment. This position will entail picking a high volume of products based on orders processed and preparing them for shipment. This role involves a high degree of repetitive tasks with a focus on quality.**this is a second shift hours starting 2:30-11pm. These hours may vary*** Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Picking vials for orders processed according to the pick ticket for each order, triple-checking the order for accuracy, preparing for shipping Ensuring correct products are picked and processed Organizing supplies and Keeping 5S Standards Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to search multiple product locations within inventory and then updating the system Occasionally handling blue ice with gloves Adhere to performance standards Safely handle dangerous goods Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience High School Diploma Ability to ensure quality while fulfilling a high amount of orders Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience 6 months of related warehouse experience The base salary range for this full-time position is $17.50 to $19/ hour. *There is a shift differential pay of 10% for individuals employed for a second shift, applied for hours worked from 3:50 PM to 2:00 AM. T his range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered. Work Environment & Physical Demands - Warehouse While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse environment.
