This position reports to the Simulation Technician Group Leader. What we’re looking for Setup simulation work cell models from design and engineering data Analyze robot reach and placement for optimal process and reachability Analyze interaction of robots and tooling to identify possible interferences Analyze and verify robot and system cycle times based on cycle time chart and estimating processes Analyze robot and system safety concerns (ANSI/RIA, CSA, ISO) Collaborate with colleagues to resolve design and process issues Program collision free robot paths (Offline Robotics Programming) Produce simulation deliverable documents (Robot.
