Reclamation Field Coordinator Where will you work: Onsite at our South Pasture Mine location - 6209 N CR 663 | Bowling Green, FL 33834As a reclamation field coordinator, you will lead reclamation projects and oversee tasks related to mining operations, such as earth-moving, managing sand tailings, handling drainage, and promoting re-vegetation. You will also ensure that Mosaic meets all county and state regulations. What you'll do: Collect and record field data pertinent to reclamation progress and environmental managementEnsure that reclamation plans are implemented in the most cost effective manner possible; e.g. maintaining correct elevations, coordination of tailings placement, surveys and efficient earthmovingManage and maintain stormwater systems within reclamation projectsDaily on-site supervision of reclamation projects, earthmoving, revegetation and maintenanceCoordinate reclamation backfill with operationsAssist with regulatory inspections and reporting What you'll need: High School/GED2+ years experience with earthwork, construction, land management and/or mining experiencePurchase requisitioning experienceMicrosoft Office Suite What's in it for you: An attractive base salary + an annual incentive 11 paid holidays each year 401k with a company match and annual company contributions Paid sick leave for when you need it Paid vacation (commensurate with work experience)A robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance PDN-9c562401-739a-471f-a5a5-8981d04cdb73
