The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills, law and motion experience, trial experience, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.Job Duties:Handle a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters including but not limited to title disputes, escrow issues, and UCC claims.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution forums.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on real estate litigation strategies.Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.Manage and mentor junior associates and legal staff as needed.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on real estate litigation, escrow, civil litigation, title disputes, UCC conditions and claims, and/or interpleader matters.Proven law and motion and trial experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite and Outlook.Professional demeanor and strong personal ethics.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:Real estate litigation expertise.Legal research and writing proficiency.Courtroom and trial experience.Client counseling and negotiation skills.Team leadership and mentorship capabilities.Proficiency in Google Suite and Outlook.
