The Sr. Manager, Treasury Operations will primarily be responsible for aspects of external financing, foreign currency management and mitigation, treasury reporting, and implementation of treasury best practices. This role manages and monitors daily cash management transactions, ensures liquidity, anticipates short-term borrowing needs, executes borrowing/investment transactions, and is accountable for meeting compliance requirements. Additionally, the responsibilities of this role include cash forecasting, bank account and cash management, managing a corporate card program, and preparing month-end reporting packages. WHAT YOU WILL DO: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Update and maintain complex debt and financing schedules, calendars, rates, compliance, and payment execution with proper documentation for audit and control purposes Daily cash management and reconciliation across business units with varying cash, payment, funding, intercompany, and reporting methodologies. Banking, cash, payment, courier, and other vendor relationship management. Development and continual monitoring of Treasury policies and controls. Quantify the impact of business strategies and other corporate actions on long term liquidity financing needs Optimization of treasury costs and practices including project management, analysis, scorecarding, and reporting Help define and manage interest rate and other financial risks Support business units in financial evaluation of purchase, sales, financing, and leasing proposals Lead and deliver ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management Support Capital Market activity such as foreign exchange, share repurchase, debt issuance, and interest rate swaps Support, lead, and drive all aspects of new and changing business endeavors including new store openings, banks and bank accounts, payment methodologies, evolving technologies, and financing opportunities Identify KPI's and build reporting infrastructure related to the above responsibilities WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Masters preferred 8-10 years of Corporate Finance experience and familiarity with Treasury Operations Ability to understand treasury and accounting principles and understand, interpret, and facilitate treasury management concepts Ability to communicate with a wide variety of management levels or people in the financial community Ability to manage daily function with minimal supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products including SharePoint, Teams, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and judgment in decision-making Ability to be self-directed and motivated Ability to think broadly and execute accordingly WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES AT JUSHI: We offer benefit packages that may include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short, and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k).
