Part-Time Endocrinologist MD, NP, or PA Community Medical & Dental Care Inc. is currently looking for a part-time endocrinologist PA or NP to join our team. As an endocrinologist PA or NP, you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients with a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, hormone imbalances, and Infertility. Responsibilities and Duties Analyze, examine, and investigate patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and imaging tests. Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and give advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures. Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and update patient records. Support patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions and their loved ones. Conduct research and studies on the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions to develop new treatment techniques. Remain up-to-date on current discoveries, developments, trends, research, and technology. Handle basic administrative, clerical, and business tasks, such as filing, answering phones, or data entry. Qualifications and Skills A master's degree in physician assistant studies or nursing from an accredited program. Must have an Active NY stat License Be Board Certified NY state Medicaid ID Number Experience in endocrinology or a related field preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with medical software and equipment.
