We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Real Estate license required• Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
