Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Assist the team with Showings• Host open houses• Interface with clients and professional colleagues Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Professional in attitude and appearance• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Access to a car Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly About Company: Formed by the Compass Queens Founding Agent, Bianca Colasuonno, our team prides itself on providing expert advice.
