Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Knoxville, TN, Orlando, FL, Miami Lakes, FL Summary The Risk Compliance Officer develops, administers and monitors programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing bank operations, products and services. The incumbent provides quality, accurate and timely information to internal clients to ensure compliance risks are appropriately mitigated and adheres to rigorous standards of compliance with all regulatory processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, implements and monitors a risk based compliance management program, including: participation in product development to ensure compliance with disclosures, processes and advertising; development of training programs; perform reviews to identify key risks and assist management in developing corrective action plans Researches, analyzes and develops recommendations for implementation of new rules and regulations Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific laws/regulations Develops coordinates and participates in compliance-related educational and training programs Assists with responding to regulator and internal audit data requests Performs all other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
