SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America. Job Description Summary: The Technical Resource Liaison will perform necessary tasks required for SOLV Energy's Technical Resource Team. Job Description: *This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Position Responsibilities and Duties: * Work with the onboarding team and the owners to acquire site turnover documents from the owners and the EPC teams as available. * Review, organize, and maintain site related documents within SOLV Energy's internal filing software that is pertinent to the onboarding of sites. * Review spare parts proposals and assist in the management, within Sprocket, of initial inventory ordered by the EPC at the turnover of construction. * Assist in the management and resolution of concerns brought up by the field employees through the Freshservice ticketing system as needed. * Provide support to the Technical Resource Support team as needed. * Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Objectives or Goals to Measure Performance: * Provide field team with all needed documents to be able to successfully manage the sites in the SOLV portfolio. * Maintain accurate and consistent data quality within internal documents. * Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. * Timely response times to assignments and requests. Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: * 2+ years of Electrical experience within a construction or related organization. * Ability to recognize and differentiate between different type of construction drawings and manufacture's documents. * Minimum of 2 years of PV solar industry experience preferred but not required. * Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary work environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint. * Experience using task management tools including but not limited to; MS Teams, Smartsheet, or others.
