In this role, you will be responsible for: Acting as liaison for proactive identification of learning demand needs, prioritization, and alignment with senior business leadership on Leadership capabilities, including J&J IM North America Learning Excellenceleadership, custom business/TA leadership needs, emerging leaders, new leader onboarding, coaching and leadership frameworks, and other enabling leadership capabilities (e.g., field leader enablement tools). • Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with senior business stakeholders • Proactively consult and diagnose business needs / performance gaps to identify learning solution opportunities for Leadership capabilities • Lead effort to create a unified set of learning programs and learning portfolio for Leadership capability performance programs, in strategic alignment to the Pan-Innovative Medicine Leadership capability strategy • Provide deep subject matter expertise and review content / learning solutions as needed in coordination with L&D Experience & Enablement team to ensure business needs alignment and to drive desired outcomes • Monitor impact of learning solutions and discuss learning evaluation and measurement feedback with business stakeholders • Understand existing learning program offerings for Leadership, manage ongoing program needs, and suggest program improvements to address any strategic gaps or updates within the Leadership portfolio • Understand suite of Innovative Medicine L&D COE capabilities and remain current on Innovative Medicine L&D strategies, priorities, standards, and tools / tech, to inform business on optimal solution • Engage in demand/capacity planning with Strategic Planning & Operations Lead to inform annual demand plan and budget needs • Cross-collaborate with Innovative Medicine L&D COE LBPs to share business priorities and best practices • Conduct facilitation for Leadership training sessions across the organization including groups such as Sales Leaders and Marketing Leaders. • Consult on therapeutic/business area needs and recommend training and performance strategies to Senior Management to meet those needs. • Understand leadership needs and facilitate training and workshops that will focus on the skills and competencies in Sales X, PACE & Grow Coaching, etc. • Collaborate with leadership to embed leadership capability building during business planning and ongoing business strategy development • Align on leadership support tools needed to support leadership success in roles • Promote best practice sharing within leadership and across campuses, sectors, and regions by using technology and annual Leadership summits. Required Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred Required: • 8 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in people management required • Strong understanding of learning and development is required • Strong understanding of leadership skills and capabilities required • Ability to lead cross-functional work teams is required. • Ability to create consultative business partnerships and collaborate with business leaders to deliver high impact solutions that drive superior business results is required. • Excellent leadership, influence management, strategic thinking, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required. • Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required. • Expertise in facilitation/training delivery required. Preferred: • Previous experience as District Sales Manager highly preferred. • Diversity in prior commercial roles preferred (sales, sales leadership, acct mgt, marketing, etc.) • MBA, MS Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education preferred The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
