Description & Requirements Maximus is looking for a Admin II Correspondence, This position works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions. - works from various standardized source documents to process Discharges. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. - Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests. - Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures. - Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments. * Work is routine and repetitive clerical work * This position requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed * Coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources. * Provides Administrative support to project and operations management Minimum Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience. - May have training or education in area of specialization. * High School diploma or GED required * 1-3 years of experience * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must reside in the U.S * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans. * Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance. * Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the Department of Education.
