To support the organization in review and processing of property inspection reports. Responsible for evaluation, processing, and handling of assigned reports. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in review of submitted reports to identify discrepancies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect and compile data received from various sources Analyze and consolidate data quickly to create accurate written reports Provide complete published report to the customer within specified deadlines Communicate with customer by telephone and/or email to resolve problems Participate as key team player by supporting department functions and goals Carry out other such duties that may be assigned or requested Maintain organization standards and compliance with processes in support of assignments Provide timely and quality support to clients and team Qualifications: Strong administrative skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel Effective time management skills, able to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines. Detailed, organized and able to work independently as well as with a team. Professional written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel and customers Environmental Factors: Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment, or, work is normally performed indoors in a typical office environment but may occasionally be required to perform work outdoors Possibility of travel to locations outside of the office environment ​​​​​​​Physical/Mental Skills and Abilities: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 10 - 50 pounds at times.
