Essential Job Functions: * Assist in the management and operation of network infrastructure, providing support to the customer and overall delivery team.* Contribute to the implementation of network infrastructure strategies and projects.* Help maintain the performance and availability of network systems while troubleshooting issues.* Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements, support design and/or implementation, and troubleshoot problems.* Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the network services area.* Assist/lead the development of network documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.* Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation for network infrastructure tasks and projects.* Effectively communication to provide cross-functional support and collaborate with team members and the customer. Basic Qualifications: * Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in network services delivery, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.* Senior-level network infrastructure knowledge and experience in large enterprise environments* Minimum of 3 years' experience with enterprise wireless networking technologies* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience* Proven experience in infrastructure technology management* A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: * An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus* Cisco ISE experience a plus* Private LTE networking experience a plus* Relevant certification(s), such as CCNP, are a plus Other After on-boarding will participate in off-hours on-call rotation that could require occasional overnight/weekend support.** This role is on-site role (not remote) in Pascagoula, MS. ** If you are an applicant from the United States, Guam, or Puerto Rico DXC Technology is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer .
