Zenith Behavioral Health is an Adolescent Residential Treatment Center dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for teens struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to empower young individuals and their families to achieve lasting recovery and wellness through innovative, evidence-based treatment programs. POSITION SUMMARY Zenith is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Clinical Team, oversee the Programmatic portion of our treatment program and assist in paving the way for growth in the Adolescent Behavioral Health Space. Our ideal candidate will have a strong Clinical skill set along with solid leadership skills, as well as a passion for healing young people. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Directs and develops the clinical services provided for a Residential level of care Ensures quality services are provided in compliance with state and federal regulatory policies Review the patient care provided by Clinical staff and remedying any deficiencies or potential deficiencies that may be identified regarding Clinical skill and performance Assist and works with the CEO regarding strategic and long-range planning as needed Availability for individual evaluation and consultation to service program personnel Works cooperatively with all Department Heads to maintain compliance for accreditation requirements Provides internal auditing to guarantee established policies and procedures are being followed, and enhance or create policies and procedures that best serve the department QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or Addiction Counseling Must be fully licensed by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, LPC, LCSW or LISAC Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a Mental Health or Addiction treatment setting, preferably with adolescents, is preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical Management position, supervising therapeutic residential programs, is preferred Level I AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, and able to pass required certifications, clearances, and background checks Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays Candidate must be a self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Free Medical insurance coverage Comprehensive upgraded benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance offered Employer paid 25k Life Insurance Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment.
