The Commercialization Manager is responsible for leading all innovation projects from inception to completion. This includes managing the project management framework from the sales request (concept) through the Steering Committee, R&D and to full commercialization. The position is the subject matter expert in commercialization project management and provides strategy, guidance, and direction on project management practices to ensure delivery of strategic and highly complex projects. This position supports, plans, and manages commercial projects to ensure they are completed and executed on time and within budget. This role leads, influences and helps to plan, coordinate, and designate project resources, prepares and manages budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the life cycle of the project. The Commercialization Manager will routinely work with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Manufacturing team members. As a Sunny Sky Leader, this role is also responsible for demonstrating our Core values and the achievement of our mission. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a project management framework suitable for a dynamic and integrating business environment. Assess, evaluate, determine, and define project scope and objectives Prepare and manage budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Standardize project management practices and methodologies across all projects and teams. Drive the Innovation Steering Committee to provide project prioritization and resource allocation in line with strategic business objectives. Lead the SKU Rationalization process ensuring alignment between cross functional teams. Identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies across all projects. Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory and quality standards. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Required Skills/Abilities/Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years in project management, food and beverage industry highly desired. Excellent understanding of SAP ERP software as well as Project Management Software Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse project portfolios. PMP or equivalent certification, strongly desired. Experience in managing R&D and innovation projects, desired. Occasional travel.
