HOW IT WORKS The DA Associate’s program is a 3-6 month paid training program with full time employment potential. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field and be mentored by experienced leaders as you kick-start your career! During your training program you will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of all the Digital Marketing services that we offer. We’ll work with you to assess your interests and skill sets so you’re matched with the team that best fits you. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: Work closely with DA teams to understand Performance Marketing concepts, platforms, and processes Understand specific campaign goals & requirements, master KPI’s and performance metrics Set up, and QA publishers on campaigns Troubleshoot pixel errors and report discrepancies Review, test, and QA creative Process creative changes and campaign updates Support media and client teams with day to day operations, with focus on precise and timely task completion. Understand brand and client businesses, compile and analyze campaign reports Gather insights and apply learnings to active campaigns Stay abreast of current industry topics, trends, news, methodologies, and tools Aid in campaign growth & optimization strategies YOUR BACKGROUND: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Engineering/Finance/Math preferred Strong interest in Internet Marketing, Analytics, and Ad Operations Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent quantitative skills Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Diligent work ethic.
