Description:
Responsibilities: Direct planning, monitoring and execution of annual sales targets for all branch offices. Direct development of annual target set-up and completion of sales and marketing initiatives. Expand company brand awareness and establishing brand positioning. Oversee cross-departmental communications and coordination with regional agents. Plan and direct establishment of new branches. Direct integration of U.S. agents and allocation regional resources. Develop product pricing, competitor analysis, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. Coordinate data analysis and reporting, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data of pearl milk tea products. Assist in product development by working with the research and development team to develop new flavors and formulas of pearl milk tea, based on US market preferences and demands. Manage production and quality control of the product while developing and implementing processes for workflow improvement, including logistics and shipping. Coordinate import/exports of product to/from USA and Taiwan. Oversee and direct branch operations including sanitation procedures and compliance, equipment maintenance and upgrades, and annual budget review. Report sales progress and expected targets achievements of overseas branches to the senior management and head office. May require up to 50% of domestic and international travel. Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, marketing, finance or related field and three (3) years of experience as a sales representative, sales manager, operations manager or related role. Work experience with: o Food and beverage production and distribution; o International sales and distribution channel operations including new market entry and establishment of operating branches; o Sales and marketing analysis; o Experience with US and Taiwan import/export rules; and o Preparation of customs clearance documents and calculation of related duties.
