Job Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite - Loveland, CO Job Description: Are you bursting with creativity and passion for game design? Join our team as an Associate Level Designer and dive into the exciting world of game development! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our design team, working hands-on to craft engaging and immersive levels for our highly anticipated Unreal Engine 4 game. Collaborate with seasoned designers, talented artists, and innovative programmers to bring our game world to life. This is your chance to contribute meaningfully to our project while gaining invaluable experience and insights into the game development process. Responsibilities :Assist in conceptualizing, creating, and refining game levels.Help implement gameplay elements and balance level difficulty.Participate in prototyping and iterating on level designs.Collaborate with team members to integrate levels into the game.Assist in optimizing levels for performance and ensuring smooth gameplay.Maintain and update level design documentation. Requirements :Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine 4.Understanding of level design principles.Familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Creative mindset with a passion for games.Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.Experience with scripting and basic programming concepts is a plus.Portfolio showcasing any relevant projects or coursework is preferred. Bonus Points Familiarity with the Survival Sandbox genre. Compensation: Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,500 per year. Exact base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
