Wanted: Experienced, Seasoned INSTALL LEADS - This HVAC Team is BUSY & GROWING! Great opportunity to join our Team! Our best Techs with a proven track record have top earning potential $$$ - join our team today!!! We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, HVAC installation technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for visiting homes, assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment. You'll also be asked to install heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems.As an HVAC technician lead installer, you will work as part of a dynamic team filling a role that suits you best, whether consulting with customers, repairing, installing, or all of the above. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.The ideal candidate has the technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose all equipment, and is an effective problem solver and communicator. Strong company culture - Annual employee appreciation party, rewards & recognition Essential Job Functions: Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment Enter completed projects and the parts used into the database Qualifications: Certification or associate's degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required) Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills Experience/ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred.
