The successful candidate will represent sophisticated corporate clients operating in the healthcare sector, handling a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters. Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are essential. While not a requirement, a portable and growing book of business will be favorably regarded. Duties:Represent sophisticated corporate clients in the health care industry.Handle a variety of general corporate and transactional matters.Support and enhance the firm's robust health care practice.Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters.Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.Conduct due diligence reviews for corporate transactions.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm's platform. Requirements:3+ years of relevant experience in corporate and MA transactional work.Exposure to clients in the health care industry is preferred.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.Strong relationship management and communication skills.Demonstrated negotiating skills.Portable and growing book of business is favorably regarded. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills:Strong understanding of corporate and transactional law.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to conduct due diligence reviews.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Portable book of business favorable.
