This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.Duration: Full-timeLocation: Woburn, MASalary: $65,000-$75,000/Annually + benefitsRole: Buyer/PlannerPrimary Skills: Production Planning (PP)Role Description: As a Buyer/Planner, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, buying, planning, or a related role, with exposure to lean manufacturing principles.Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for production and operational activities, emphasizing lean principles.- Support the planning and scheduling of production activities based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.- Implement lean manufacturing principles in procurement and planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, and updating systems.- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experienceRelocation: This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel: NoLocal Preferred: YesNote: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2 C)Recruiter Name: Simran KourRecruiter Phone:781-288-8767Equal Employment OpportunityFor more details: https://jobs-search.org/buyer_woburn-c434629/buyerplanner-woburn_i2198959426
