What You'll Do Be willing and able to perform multiple roles at each location including Eulogy, Collier Taproom, and Merch/Bottle shop Follow and uphold all beverage, service, and aesthetic standards set by the Eulogy and Collier Bar Coordinators, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience, education, quality, and efficiency throughout service execution. Accurately perform all opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas and customer spaces (Collect, wash, and stock glassware, plates, and utensils) Check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations Process credit card transactions, ensuring all items are rang in correctly and charges are accurate. Assist in stocking and organizing products in all beverage coolers Report supply reorder needs and maintenance needs to management Provide event support Set up and break down for various operational models Prepare cocktail ingredients and mix beverages according to recipe and portion control standards Maintain working knowledge of Burial brand and products Who We're Looking For 3+ years cocktail and craft beer service experience 21 years of age or older Able to work late nights, weekends, and holiday weekends Positive, engaging personality and professional work ethic Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong task and time management abilities Eye for detail and a thorough understanding of craft beer Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs Basic math and computer skills Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required The Details Reports To: Eulogy Venue Coordinator Compensation: $2.13/hour + tips Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly Job Schedule: work schedule varies What We Offer Dental + Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Accidental Injury Insurance 401k + company match (eligible after 3 months of employment) YMCA Membership (company subsidized) Employee Discount Perks How You Can Apply Please send a resume and cover letter: EMAIL | XXXX@burialbeer.com with position title as subject DROP OFF or MAIL | Burial Beer Co 40 Collier Ave., Asheville, NC 28801 or Forestry Camp: 10 Shady Oak Dr. , Asheville, NC 28803 Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning on June 2024.
