Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in wastewater projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction activities, particularly in wastewater treatment facilities, combined with a solid educational foundation in construction management.Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site construction activities for wastewater treatment projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they perform their work safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. * Monitor project progress and report on construction status to project management and stakeholders. * Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. * Manage site logistics and ensure proper utilization of resources (materials, equipment, and manpower). * Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and escalate when necessary. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work is performed to standards. * Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate records of construction activities, and track job progress. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. * Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with a focus on wastewater treatment facilities. * In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and equipment. * Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse workforce. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Proficient in MS Office and construction management software. * Understanding of safety and regulatory standards in construction.IND 005 009
