Customer Service Representative All Heating is a rapidly growing HVAC and Well Pump Company that is obsessed with SERVING others and we're looking for like-minded individuals to grow with us. We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the Team! Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers. The CSR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CSR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CSR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel to schedule calls efficiently. A successful CSR must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision - Employer pays 50% of employees monthly premium 401(k)- No match currently Paid Sick Time- Accumulates at 1hr for every 40hrs worked up to 80hrs (2 weeks) per year Paid Vacation Time - Two weeks Life Insurance - Employer pays for a $25,000 life insurance policy while they're employed here Overtime Pay Paid Training/Career Development Pay Range: $22.00/hr.- $27.00/hr. - Depending on Experience Work Week: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm- This position requires an on-call rotation. Requirements: High school diploma/GED required Associate degree preferred but not required 1-2+ years of office experience Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours Strong customer service skills Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department Bilingual a plus, not required customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
