We are currently seeking a Medicaid DDI (Design Development Implementation) Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US:AR), United States (US). The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business leaders and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals. Job Responsibilities Include:- Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards- Interface with state business users and vendors- Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation- Identify and report project issues and risks- Research and provide recommendations to the client on technical and business problems/decisions- Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance to leaders- Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed- Participate in system User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning and review of results- Develop and present formal presentations to state business leaders, vendors, and team members- Participate in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training Required Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems - Minimum 8 years of experience leading large scale Medicaid development projects and delivering implementations of complex multi:vendor Medicaid systems- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting one or more state Medicaid Programs and multiple vendors- Minimum 8 years of experience with system development methodology, elicitation and verification of business and technical requirements coupled with project management principles- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)- Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience Preferred Skills:- Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams- Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors- Experience providing consulting services Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 89,032 : 135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD and D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally:required benefits.
