Make an Impact Fossil Group is looking for a Merchandise Planner 2 to help lead the planning functions for Watch Station Stores. This Planner will ensure proper inventory flow and management of merchandise to the stores to meet sales objectives.Essential Duties: Manage Open to Buy planning and analysis to drive and ensure store sales and margin goals are met along with proper inventory management Analyze sales trends, margin performance, and other financial metrics to assess the effectiveness of merchandise strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Help drive the team's success by providing insight and analysis into detailed planning KPIs for in season as well as future preseason Collaborate with Commercial and Global Merchant teams to analyze business and make recommendations on in season promo changes, product placement, and sales/inventory shifts to achieve OTB targets. Cross functional partnership to pass inventory needs to demand, supply, and allocation teams to achieve company KPI's Work closely with global brand and assortment planning teams to align and execute merchandise strategies.
