Responsibilities Lead and oversee lawn and landscape maintenance crews Efficiently schedule routes and projects Achieve time and material budgets Oversee the production of high-quality work Maintain safe working conditions Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and equipment Represent the company in a professional manner Requirements Sufficient experience in the lawn and landscaping industry Sufficient management experience Strong knowledge of relevant vehicles and equipment Strong working knowledge of mowing and landscape maintenance operations Ability to work unsupervised and with a team Must be a team player Capable of managing projects and delegating responsibilities to members of the crew Able to complete projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment Must have excellent time management ability Compensation & Benefits Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge Health, dental, and vision insurance 401-k with company match Life / AD&D PTO Employee referral program And more...
