Remote Event Advisor (Travel Team) We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated remote event advisor to join our travel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan their travel for dream events such as weddings, conferences, trade shows, and more by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and activities for clients attending the events Develop customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination information and other relevant news to provide accurate advice to clients Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients Requirements Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite Ability to work independently Customer-centric approach If you have a passion for event planning coupled with exceptional customer service skills we encourage you to apply.
