The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale. Job Description: * Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services * Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained * Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals * Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles * Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained Job Requirements: * Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required) * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests * Establish and maintain relationships with customers * Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results * Strong computer skills * Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities * Excellent interpersonal skills * A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Benefits: Full Time - Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
