The Entry-Level Personal Assistant will support executives and managers by handling a variety of administrative tasks and personal errands. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Manage and organize the schedules of executives and managers, including setting appointments and meetings. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Perform personal errands and tasks as needed, such as shopping or handling confidential matters. Maintain and organize office files and records. Conduct research and gather information as required. Assist with special projects and events as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
