Job Description: As a Property Accountant you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our commercial and retail properties. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor property budgets and assist in budget preparation. Generate rent invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and industry regulations. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Previous experience in property accounting is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
