DescriptionResponsibilities: Daily container shipment monitoring – inbound & outbound Daily inventory monitoring - data export and updates using SAP & Excel Weekly purchase order management by creating, revising, deleting, and sending information within the headquarters and other vendors. Weekly order management for two key accounts regarding truck schedule arrangement with both internal warehouse team and external logistic vendor. Invoicing for trucking, custom, custom clearance, and consignment order. SCM Master Registration –Data entry & Data update for new material code Other duties as assigned. S&OP and demand forecasting Supply Chain Process Innovation Supply Chain Cost Improvement Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related preferred Knowledge and Skills: Computer and MS Office skills Excel skills (Pivot table, V-Lookup,..) Time management Intermediate communication skills Bilingual: both Korean and English preferred Powered by JazzHR
