Work you will do as an ISOutsource Engineer Adhere to standards and approved solutions introduced by the ISOutsource leadership. Support ISOutsource’ s internal infrastructure Promote ISOutsource Core Values amongst team members and peer managers. Maintain internal servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings. Perform server administration tasks (e.g., user/group management, security permissions, group policies, print services) in compliance with the Change Management program. Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance. Monitor internal systems and application health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed. Provide network support across organizational operating systems and maintain stable and consistent connectivity across all network computers. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments. Assist with the testing and monitoring of disaster and recovery procedures. Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed. Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups. Write and maintain technical support documentation for network systems and applications. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Experience with PowerShell and Windows & Linux OS, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, Active Directory and virtualization. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune Strong troubleshooting and networking skills. Effective documentation ability. Strong communication skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or 4+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
