We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date• Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs• Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales• Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders• Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders Qualifications: • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued• Self-motivated and hardworking Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings About Company: Our agency is looking to bring on multiple new agents with exceptional customer service experience to become a part of our independent insurance agency.
