We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Buyer lead follow up• Buyer lead generation• Close buyer sales• Set and execute appointments• Follow the plan• Sales scripts mastery• Database and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
