We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable• Ind.
