Requirements: Valid driver's license and insurable record Universal EPA Certification 7+ years of experience as a residential installer 2+ years of supervisory experience Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to maintain organization Customer service skills Responsibilities: Supervise a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies Assign tasks and schedule to technicians, coordinating with other departments as necessary Manage multiple HVAC installation projects Interface with clients to address concerns, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction Resolve escalated issues and complaints promptly and professionally Provide training and mentorship to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge Maintain accurate records of project details, including work performed, materials used, and labor hours HVAC Installation, Supervisor, lead installer, install supervisor, hvac installer, lead technician, experienced service technician, hvac service technician
