Thunderbird Dental Studio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. Our practice prides itself on providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. If you are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in your career, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Assist dentists during various procedures and treatments Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Ensure patients are comfortable and provide ongoing support during dental visits Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Qualifications: 1+ years experience in practice, preferably Dentrix experience Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in the state of Arizona Radiography certification is preferred CPR certification is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (half-day) Why Join Smile Dental Studio: Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for professional development and continuing education State-of-the-art facilities and technology Commitment to work-life balance
