Job DescriptionSUMMARY: Stride Tutoring is an exciting new startup within Stride's portfolio of companies, focused on building and scaling an innovative educational marketplace that connects tutors and students. Our aim is to enable students to achieve their educational goals through receiving high-quality, personalized online tutoring from expert, certified teachers. Over time we plan to expand this marketplace further to serve a broader set of educational needs for a wider range of customers.The Marketing Manager is a seasoned marketer with experience in B2B and lead gen marketing and is comfortable leading both quantitative and qualitative marketing initiatives. They should have an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends and disruptive approaches to improve the company's acquisition results. This role will support several digital and offline channels.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their essential duties. * Daily monitoring and optimization of paid social, display, and search ads for the Stride Tutoring B2B business across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and partners to be determined. * Identify hypotheses around ads and website performance and execute testing against those hypotheses using a combination of ad platforms and A/B testing tool VWO. * Generate weekly thought leadership content (case studies and white papers) from efficacy studies, target audience research, existing clientele, and other data sources to support lead gen efforts on site, with minimal support from vendors and by leveraging AI tools. * Schedule and manage a seasonally adjusted calendar of webinars, conference appearances, and other events to drive lead generation and engagement among potential customers. * Manage the regular creation of website blog content useful to the target audience's daily challenges (district & school administrators). * Oversee the creation of assets and messaging to aid in sales enablement and via the website. * Weekly management of website optimizations, new page creation, and development issues associated with managing cross-domain users, logged in session management, and integration of multiple platforms. * Conduct performance analysis alongside weekly and monthly reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and issues with business execution. * Support the director of marketing in developing innovative and disruptive strategies for delivering marketing and sales qualified leads to hand off to sales team. * Oversee budget management and spend pacing to ensure media spend and marketing costs remain within budget on a monthly and quarterly basis. * Manage key components of Salesforce including lead scoring, marketing attribution, email marketing via Pardot, and integration of systems with CRM to maximize ability to assess performance and drive sales. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance data to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per lead/acquisition, increase ROI, grow volume and budgets, and reach business objectives. * Conduct audience research and/or provide support to external research vendors as needed to assist in identifying/understanding target audience segments, behaviors, & insights. * Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand and inform the differentiation/competitiveness of our value propositions, pricing, and messaging.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Five (5) years of marketing experience * Two (2) years of B2B marketing/lead generation experience * One (1) year managing vendor relationships and/or direct reports * Hands-on paid media experience (Agency experience a plus) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, & email marketing * Intermediate proficiency+ in social media management * A desire for continuous learning and professional development * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for conferences & onsite content creation * Ability to clear required background check * Ability to learn new platforms quickly * Excellent organizational and management skills * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationshipsCertificates and Licenses: None requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * B.S., marketing (or higher) * LinkedIn Ads certification * Google Ads certification * Google Analytics 4 certification * Experience with Google Tag Manager * Experience with VWO * Experience with SalesforceWORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121,792.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
