That's where we start.Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable Clerk in Santa Ana, CAPay/Benefits/ Join our Team/ Global OrganizationAs an Accounts Payable Clerk you will: 1 Allocates voucher invoices into proper GL accounts. 2 Processes invoice into SYSPRO AP system via three way match. 3 Runs checks for payments of Invoices, travel expense and other miscellaneous requests. 4 Reconciles GRN reports to the Vendors' statement. 5 Timely resolved issues with Vendors regarding outstanding invoices or terms. 6 Contacts bank for stop payments on an as needed basis. 7 Upload weekly check runs to the bank for positive pay. 8 Performs other related duties as assigned or requested (e.g. cash application, sending customer invoices, process 1099, etc).This is a opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: 1 Language: Good communication skills to deal with people internal to the company, as well as with suppliers, shipping agents, courier companies and sometimes government officials; ability to read and interpret instructions and legal knowledge pertaining to the job. 2 Mathematical: In depth knowledge of accounting : with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 3 Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. 4 Computers: Ability to work with computers and knowledge of SYSPRO and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, as well as data processing skills, are valued. 5 Organizational: Ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency and business acumen. 6 Ability to balance figures.Pay Rate: *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
