That's where we start.Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Receivable Clerk in Santa Ana, CA.Pay/Benefits/ Join our Team/ Global OrganizationAs an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will: 1 Process invoice orders/payments in SYSPRO. 2 Mail invoice/statement to Customers. 3 Timely Resolve discrepancy and issue credit memos. 4 Weekly review and collection of delinquent accounts. 5 Prepare weekly AR report and Late to Term report. 6 Timely completion of SOX requirements. 7 Quarterly update the Authorization Matrix as needed. 8 Coordinate with all of process owners to ensure Business Cycle Questionnaires are updated. 9 Contact person or liaison during SOX Audit. 10 Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.This is a opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: 1 High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 Accounting/SOX experience helpful. 3 Experience: 3+ Years of experiencePay Rate: *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
