Title: YMCA of the Suncoast Youth Development Program Director - Clearwater Fundamental Middle School Reports to: Youth Development Program Management Director FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt Salary Range: $15.50/hr - $19.90/hr Leader Level: Team Leader Supervises: Site Staff and Volunteers Are you passionate about shaping the future of our youth? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Required state and county licensing, FCCPC, and Florida Credential. CPR/AED and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment. Minimum 21 years of age. Proven childcare and supervisory/leadership experience. Proficiency in office and computer equipment. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities. High organizational and pressure management skills. Physical endurance for active, outdoor engagement.
