We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Manager providing communications and program management office oversight for the Technology Transformation Program team. You will be responsible for the program communications, governance and supporting the program teams day to day processes, in a fast paced environment. General Responsibilities: Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the companyDrive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as neededPlan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementationLeverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationPartner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project deliveryForge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsIdentify ways to improve and streamline business processExhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the workDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demandsDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skills Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 5 Years Project Management experienceAt least 3 Years of experience in Communications, Marketing or AdvertisingAt least 3 Years of G-Suite Slides, Sheets and Documents Preferred Qualifications: Masters / MBA degree6+ years of Project Management experiencePMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certificationExperience in collaborating across all levels in an organization that is fast-pacedWork experience achieving results with complex projectsProficiency in Confluence or Jira At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
