A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNAL SERVICE REP (SERVICE TECH TRAINEE) As a trainee Internal Service Rep, you are critical to our success. During your 1 year of training, you work with your team to grow the territory by promoting and selling our machinery. Offering exceptional customer service and support, you assist with troubleshooting our heavy equipment. You learn as you go and assist your trainers when the opportunity comes up. Patient and eager to help, you troubleshoot over the phone with dealer mechanics. You are a quick learner who is always looking for ways to increase your capacity to help our clients. You work with your field service representative, parts representative, district business manager, and the training department to provide service to clients. As you stay current with all improvements in technology and heavy equipment, you are able to effectively communicate to all personnel and ensure they have sufficient knowledge to successfully support the product. You are attentive to safety, always following proper procedures. You enjoy the opportunity to assist others and love that you have so much room for growth ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INTERNAL SERVICE REP High school diploma or equivalent is a must Associate/Bachelor degree in a technical discipline OR the equivalent work experience in a related industry is preferred Experience with engine tool diagnostics Willingness to relocate as territories open A college or technical degree is preferred, but not required. This position has the potential to advance to a field service tech position. Once you become a field service tech, possible relocation may be required.
