Position: Program Manager/KV HWIL Location: Huntsville, AL Status: Full Time Exempt Position Description: The successful candidate will manage cost, schedule, technical performance and risk on a research and development project that provides digital acquisition, M&S, and physics based solutions for the Missile Defense Agency. Typical duties include planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Job will require interfacing with technical and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel and will include profit/loss responsibility. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the full product/services life cycle from concept through prototype to production. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Program Management Professional • Experience managing teams and projects with minimum 12 years of experience. • Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency and its mission • Requires the ability to maintain a SECRET clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Engineering background desired. • Familiarity with digital engineering, cloud solutions, and hypersonics defense.
