We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 13-year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area. We absolutely love our caregivers and are excited to have YOU join our winning team! Details for this client's case: - Case is located Golden Valley, MN - 13 yr. old Male - Trach/Vent - Week 1: Wed 8:30am - 8:30pm, Frid, Sat, Sun 9am - 9pm Week 2: Same as week 1 Responsibilities: - Administer nursing care to client - Help maintain patients' treatment plan - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors - Maintain accurate patient medical records - Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications: - Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients - RN or LPN Minnesota License - Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Benefits: - ICHRA Program - Supplemental Group Insurance available - PTO - Flexible Scheduling Salary: $27.00 - $36.35 per hour Position: Full-Time and/or Part-Time No Experience Necessary - We will train you so that you and the client are confident and comfortable.
