Position Details : Client: Banking and Finance Title: Payroll Tax Analyst Duration: 5-6 months + (possible extension) Location: TAMPA, FL 33610/ HYBRID Schedule: Mon-Fri (9AM-5PM) Pay : $25-30/ hr Job Description: Payroll Tax Analyst: Perform Payroll Tax Filings, balancing and payment processing for USA and Canada on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for a multi-state corporation and ensures timely filings and payments. Filing of Annual Tax Forms to agencies.Research and respond to agency notices and work to resolve issues.Processes assignments meeting the Service Level Agreement requirements.Responsible for daily tasks to create EFT Files, Federal Tax Wire Payments, Funding Request, Daily Balancing and Process Sweep File from Workday to MasterTax along with other tasks as assigned.Master Tax experience + Plus.Excellent Excel skills needed, MS office, windows, and Workday a plus but not required.Detail oriented team player, able to multitask and meet critical deadlines. Must Haves: Multi-state payroll tax filing experience (or tax filing experience overall) PEO experience (would have filed payroll tax returns as well) Strong Excel skills MS Office, DocuSign, and Adobe experience Strong written and oral communication Detail oriented and organized Ability to multitask Plusses: Master tax experience PDN-9c480cf4-2c2f-475a-928b-aa086535e304
